BotanicalMapper provides software and related services for recording and mapping botanical and garden information. Features may change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting systems, uploading unlawful content, or infringing others' rights.
4. Your content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us the licence we need to host, process, back up, and display that content to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit your content.
5. Subscriptions and fees
Paid plans, billing cycles, and taxes are as shown at checkout or in your account. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and our stated policy.
6. Intellectual property
The BotanicalMapper name, branding, and software are protected. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We exclude or limit liability where the law allows; we do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Horticultural and mapping decisions remain your responsibility.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where necessary to protect the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Governing law
