BotanicalMapper is offered on different subscription plans. The contract that applies to you depends on whether you use the service as an individual or on behalf of a business or organisation.

Which terms apply to you?

| Sign up or subscribe on behalf of a business, team, or organisation (including inviting other users) | Business Terms | Teams, Enterprise |
If you start on an individual plan and later subscribe to Teams or Enterprise, the Business Terms apply to that subscription. You will be asked to accept them when you upgrade.
Individual Terms (consumers)
Our Individual Terms are for personal use of BotanicalMapper. They include consumer information required under UK law (including cancellation rights where applicable), and cover Free, Basic, and Pro subscriptions.

Business Terms (organisations)
Our Business Terms are a SaaS agreement for organisational use. They apply when a business or other organisation subscribes to Teams or Enterprise, invites Licensed Users, and needs terms suited to B2B use (including data processing arrangements).
By accepting Business Terms, you confirm that you have authority to bind the organisation you represent.
